CCS Leeds premium residential DSL broadband gives you the maximum speed possible on your line, up to 24Mb*. This service includes a universe of family bandwidth allowance in the price with separate allowances of 120GB for peak hours and Unlimited for off-peak hours. Peak hours are defined as Monday to Friday 08:00 to 00:00, i.e. 8am to midnight the next morning and off-peak is defined as Monday to Thursday 00:00 to 08:00 and all weekend from Saturday 00:00 through to Monday 08:00.

Use your internet the way you want to without restrictions!

Many broadband providers use port blocking to limit speed on certain online activities. At CCS Leeds we do not block or control the way you use your internet and provide fast broadband access with no hidden restrictions. However bandwidth is a finite resource and at times, due to the contended nature of the service, you may experience below the maximum quoted speed. Where necessary, to ensure a quality of service for all customers, and especially during the off-peak window, we may manage the peak speed of each connection to ensure sufficient resource is available for all. When this occurs, the peak speed of throughput maybe reduced.

CCS Leeds customers are free to run residential mail servers and web servers on their broadband connection if the desire.

Our minimum contract is only one month, so you can opt out of the package you have chosen at anytime after the first month. Customers who wish to upgrade or downgrade their account with CCS Leeds may choose to do so at any time.

Should you utilise all of your monthly allowance, Top-Ups are available in a choice of bandwidth options ranging from 10Gig to 100Gig and have no expiry date. They are only lost if you cease the connection or migrate away from our service. Alternatively, you can opt to pay a set fee per 1Gig of over usage, setting an upper limit at the point of order. As you approach your requested over usage level, a notification email will be sent.

Top-Ups to your peak allowance are available at 10Gig for £10.38, 25Gig for £24.98, 50Gig for £49.00, 75Gig for £73.00 and 100Gig for £95.95. If you choose to pay a set fee per 1Gig of over usage, the price is £1.31 per Gigabyte.

Upon consumption of the fully monthly allowance, and any remaining top-up purchased, the connection will be rate limited to 128Kbps with an additional 1Gig "overdraft" granted. Upon consumption of the additional 1Gig, the connection will be blocked until a top-up is purchased, or the next billing period start date.

Free migration and reduced setup fees of only £48 inc vat!

Customers wishing to migrate from their current broadband provider typically can do so free of charge with a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC). Customers with existing service provided "un-bundled" or "LLU" will be subject to a BT imposed re-connection fee of £40.00+VAT (£48) For new ADSL users with no Migration Authorisation Code, there is a reduced £40.00+VAT (£48) setup charge.
