Technical Support: CCS Expands the team - 25/04/11

We are pleased to announce that we have two new members of staff at CCS Leeds. Nick Ryder is on board as our new Technical Account Manager and Giles Falkingham is our new technical support specialist.


Both Giles and Nick come from a strong technical background and as such have all the skills to advise and support customers who have or are looking at using our products.


Nick has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years now and has a wealth of experience in many areas of expertise which means that he will always give you good solid technical advice be it information on UK leased lines, VoIP (voice over internet protocol), EFM (Ethernet First Mile), bonded ADSL, backup MX, hosting services or anything else technical Nick is the person to speak to.


Giles joins us as a Senior Support Engineer and has an excellent technical background which covers everything from Cisco firewall / router configuration, advance IP routing, MS Windows server operating systems, Linux, Unix, firewall technologies and tight efficient support desk operations. If you have a problem then Giles will help to solve it for you and he is a welcome addition to the support team here at CCS Leeds.
